Rick Perry's 39 years of Economic & Business development, and government service is matched by Debbie Perry's 30 years of Business Market Development. In 1999, Rick was appointed the North American Representative for Economic Development of the German State of Brandenburg for the USA and Canada. Rick’s focus was on helping small businesses from the former East German state find partners, supply chains, and sales outlets in North American; and scout for US & Canadian companies wanting to do business and expand in Brandenburg. One main area to help promote Brandenburg was to help small businesses qualify for German, US and Canadian economic development tax incentives & credits. Previous to this appointment, Mr. Perry headed up the Cross Cultural Leadership Forum, providing business consulting and seminars for international business and sales training for American business doing business in Germany and China. Mr. Perry started out his career as a Legislative Aide in the Michigan House of Representatives in 1987, handling various staff issues, such as school finance and property tax reform, constituent relations and Appropriations Subcommittee work with K-12 & Community Colleges, Vocational Education and Commerce.
Debbie has extensive Market Development experience in the Print, Digital & Medical fields, and since 2019, has been an integral part of Your Strategy Partners’ administration and writing up tax incentive work to share with CPA’s and tax attorneys. Now, we share our passion by educating and qualifying other business owners claim their business tax incentives and recover their overpaid taxes through our tax incentive experts, and other specialists.
